Sirus Solar Announces New Dual Serial Port Solar Web Monitor
New York - August 3, 2015 –Sirus Solar Inc, is pleased to announce a new product, the DS-202 Solar Web Monitor for Morningstar solar charge controllers. This new version comes with the same powerful monitoring software as the DS-201 monitor, but doubles the capability to be a true dual serial port device that can monitor 2 Morningstar solar charge controllers in one small web server package. Adding to the built in driver support which allows the DS-201 and 202 to be used with any Tristar TS-45 , TS-60 , TS-MPPT-45, TS-MPPT-60 and SunSaver SS-MPPT-15L model, the DS-202 adds another driver, the MPPT-60N allowing users of the TS-MPPT-60 network version to connect and retrieve their solar data completely from the network without the need to connect any serial port cables. Users of these solar charge controllers with dual arrays can now enjoy the advanced monitoring features and web interface with the flexibility to monitor 2 serial or 2 network connected solar controllers.

The Sirus Solar Web Monitor is a small web server designed to interface with the above mentioned solar charge controllers. More than just a data logger, it graphs data for 24 hours, week, 12 month and 5 years. It provides a monitor view to monitor your solar controller’s status and solar system performance in real time with your internet browser. The DS-201 and DS-202 is a fast and easy way of getting web access to your solar controller’s data which provides visual and alerting of your solar battery charging system conditions.
